Your chance to win Mediation Services from POGO

Here at POGO mediation, our work ethos is about fairness, and we like to give back where we can into our community, offering up our skills and time with local charities.

During this difficult time our company, like many others, have had to adapt to new ways of working. We have continued to work, but we recognise that this has not been the case for many.

POGO mediators realise that times have been hard, that sacrifices have been made, and that as people return to the workplace, their expectations have changed and employers may not be able to meet these expectations easily or will have difficulty in allaying anxieties.

Employees returning to the workplace will have concerns about working conditions and safety and will expect social distancing between colleagues and customers to be met. This is often a difficult balance and employers may be caught in the middle of disputes and resentment that may affect the workplace and decrease productivity leading to potential viability of the organisation continuing in business.

POGO mediators recognise that it is often hard to for employers to settle such disputes or to balance rights between co-workers or indeed between the workers and management and we believe that we are able to share skills and impart knowledge to help managers and worker iron out their concerns in a constructive manner.

As a way of saying thank you to those companies that have kept on their employees, whether by full employment or use of the government furlough scheme, and recognising the number of challenges ahead to be faced by companies and individuals we are offering the chance of one days free mediation service to one organisation.
