Mediation helps the parties to communicate together in a safe, confidential non judgement environment to work together to find a solution, that enables both parties to feel respected and listened to. It is an alternative to the more formal Conflict resolution solutions, and allows confidential, non-judgemental communication to take place that leaves the disputes in control of the outcome.
